I graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama and a minor in Applied Theatre. I studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Stonestreet Studios in New York, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.

I constantly find myself making and consuming art about parts of the human experience that most intrigue me, confuse me, scare me, and captivate me. I hope to lead a career full of curiosity, knowledge, and the creation of new work.

As a writer for the stage and screen, my work explores about girl-to-womanhood, love in all forms, queerness, and all of the wonderful, bizarre experiences that follow. My work has been produced by WorkShop Theater, New York Theater Festival, Imaginarium Theatre Company, Step1 Theatre Project, Stonestreet Studios, Little & Fierce Theatre Company, Tisch Fringe Festival, Uproar Theatre Corps, and independently. I can be found on the New Play Exchange here. And... I'm working on my first musical!

I co-founded Little & Fierce Theatre Company upon my graduation from NYU in an effort to create accessible theater for people in NYC, as well as create performance opportunities for female-identifying, gender non-conforming, and trans artists. We are currently producing online content to interact with our community, and are gearing up for a summer of socially-distanced theater! For more details, check out our website HERE

When I'm not working in theater or film, you can catch me trying not to wipe out on my roller skates, embroidering notebooks (for my Etsy Shop), or trying to beat my Rubicks Cube solve time (40 seconds)!

Hi! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Emma (she/they) and I'm an actress, writer, and educator living in NYC.
